Returns and withdrawal policy

Withdrawal period and notification

For consumer distance purchases, we accept notice of withdrawal without giving a reason within 15 calendar days of receipt. Our commercial 15-day period does not restrict your statutory right of withdrawal or your rights concerning defective products.

Send a clear statement to info@bfocus.gr, including your order number and the products you are returning. A phone call can help coordinate the return, but is not an additional condition for a valid withdrawal notice. You can also use our contact page.

Returning the products

After notifying us, send the products back without undue delay and no later than 14 calendar days. Return address: BFOCUS E-SHOP Ε.Ε., 2 Papada Street, Athens 11525, Greece. Include your order details and a copy of the receipt or invoice if available. Pack the products and included accessories securely.

If you withdraw because you changed your mind, you pay the direct return shipping cost. This depends on the carrier, weight and volume. For bulky items requiring a freight carrier, request a cost estimate before choosing a return method. We do not charge a restocking fee.

Inspection and product condition

You may open the packaging and inspect the product as necessary to establish its nature, characteristics and functioning. Opening the packaging alone does not remove the right of withdrawal for ordinary equipment products. You may be responsible for an actual reduction in value caused by handling beyond the necessary inspection. Please retain the packaging and all accessories where possible.

Refunds

For a valid withdrawal, we refund payments for the returned products and, when withdrawing from the entire order, the cost of the least expensive standard delivery we offered. Additional charges for special or faster delivery chosen instead of standard delivery are not refunded.

We refund without undue delay and within 14 calendar days of your withdrawal notice, using the same payment method unless you expressly agree to another method at no additional cost. We may withhold the refund until we receive the products or evidence that you have sent them back, whichever is earlier.

Defective, incorrect or non-conforming products

Contact info@bfocus.gr with your order number and a description of the problem. Your statutory rights to repair, replacement, a price reduction or a refund, where applicable, are not limited by the withdrawal period. If the issue results from our mistake or product non-conformity, you are not charged the necessary return costs to remedy it.

Exceptions and exchanges

Only statutory exceptions apply, such as goods made to individual specifications or clearly personalised. A standard product is not automatically excluded just because we sourced it to order. Any specific statutory exception must be disclosed before purchase. For an exchange, contact us to arrange the return and a new order. Mandatory consumer rights are not restricted by this policy.
